Kraken Sign Prospect Kyler Smith

The Lake Cowichan Kraken are thrilled to announce the signing of forward Kyler Smith!

Last season Kyler played for the Cowichan Valley U18 Tier 2 program, where he helped lead his team to a 9-0-1 record in the regular season, good for 1st in the league.

Kraken fans may recognize the name, as Smith appeared in 6 games for the team last season. He burst onto the scene scoring 4 goals on the season, including a hat trick in just his 2nd VIJHL game against the Nanaimo Buccaneers.
