Kraken Sign 2nd Player From Cowichan Valley Midget Program

The Lake Cowichan Kraken have signed forward Rees Aebischer out of Duncan, BC!

Rees appeared in 2 games for the Kraken last season, showing a lot of potential playing alongside fellow Cowichan product Kyler Smith. Last year he played for the Cowichan Valley U18 Tier 2 Capitals, where he was a bright spot on a team that dominated the regular season.

Aebischer becomes the 2nd player from the Cowichan Valley Minor Hockey program to sign with the Kraken, along with teammate Kyler Smith.
